Where they are made
Three bars, three materials.
Each floor has its own bar, and no two are alike. The material changes, the light changes, and so does the signature list.
Floor 1 · Terra
Green marble and copper
The street-level bar, under exposed brick and woven lamps. This is the one for the first drink and for morning coffee.
Floor -1 · Inferno
Dark marble and neon
Underground, among velvet curtains and red light. This is the small-hours bar, the one that goes with the DJ sets until closing.
Floor 3 · Paradiso
Backlit onyx
On the rooftop, an onyx bar that glows from within, among sky frescoes and olive trees. The one for long afternoons and sunset over Santiago.

What is a signature cocktail at Carloto?
Eight drinks created for this house that exist on no other list. They come two per floor, and each pair answers to the character of its level: the Paradiso ones are floral and light, the Inferno ones intense and smoky.
How much is a signature cocktail?
Between 7,500 and 8,900 Chilean pesos. The classic list starts at 6,500. The prices on this page come from the venue's own menu, so they are always current.
Are there alcohol-free options?
Yes. There are mocktails made with the same technique as the rest of the list, and three house-exclusive dessert drinks that reinterpret a crème brûlée, a lemon pie and a tiramisu in a glass.
Which floor is the bar on?
There are three. Terra's, at street level, is green marble with copper taps. Inferno's, in the basement, is dark marble under red light. Paradiso's, on the rooftop, is backlit onyx.
How late is the bar open?
Tuesday and Wednesday until 01:00, Thursday to Saturday until 02:00, and Sunday until 21:00. Closed on Mondays.

At Av. Italia 1402, in the heart of Barrio Italia, Providencia, Santiago. The nearest metro station is Santa Isabel.
